L.VINE currently accepts returns for exchange or store credit only. We will take back items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 days after receiving your package. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We'll honor items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 days after receiving your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a damaged out return will not be accepted.

Exchanges/ Store Credit
To complete an exchange, please return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time we do not provide return labels, you will be responsible for mailing your items back to us.
